Eco IGS is a Mooresville company that does two things for Lake Norman properties: landscape lighting that makes them usable after dark, and yard drainage that keeps them dry after rain.

Based in Iredell County, working the Lake Norman shoreline. Sloped, clay-heavy lots and long evenings by the water are why Eco IGS exists: we light the property so you can use it after dark, and we move water so you can use it after rain.
Every project starts on site. For drainage, someone walks the property to find the cause before anything is proposed; for lighting, the first nighttime design visit is free. You get a written price after the visit, not a guess over the phone.
Our own trained, full-time crews do the work — not rotating subcontractors — with low-noise, low-emission equipment where the job allows.
