We walk the property first to find what is actually causing it — grade, downspouts, runoff from a neighbouring lot, or what is under the surface. The fix is one of five: a French drain, catch basins and surface drains, downspout discharge and extensions, regrading, or slope and shoreline water management. We do not sell a French drain to every yard.
Low-voltage LED lighting for the front of the home, gardens and trees, paths, steps and stairs, decks and patios, string lights, and water features — designed on a free nighttime visit, then installed and maintained. We also repair and upgrade existing systems, even ones we didn't install.
